• Have medicines for treatment during traveling in your hand luggage but keep requirements of the airline like limits on the volume of liquids because needles or liquids may require a letter from GP confirming the medication needs to be administered during the flight. Thus, it is suggested to take an extra food supply in your hand luggage in case of delays.
• You should eat small consistent food to prevent upset stomach. And the Sunnah of eating during the journey is maximum 1/3 food and 1/3 liquid. • You must take care of your back because if there is no luggage trolley offered then suitcases will need to be carried by hand. So, don't take unnecessary clothing and other items and purchase a wheel contains suitcase. As injury normally takes two to three weeks to improve which can disturb the rituals of Hajj. They should wear loose, baggy clothing while your journey and purchase flexible compression stockings to wear during the flight. 3. They must drink plenty of water during the performing of Hajj. 4. They should stand up and walking around the cabin every couple of hours, and performing stationary exercises such as rotating their ankles. 5. They should avoid crossing their legs while seated. Entrance into the Saudi Kingdom • When you arrive at the airports of Saudi Arabia, expect delays and waiting around as thousands of pilgrims arrive, so be patient and try not to leave the group that you are with. You should take some food and drink water to keep your energy levels high. • If you come from the UK with Umrah packages the UK and arrive Makkah then try to rest and eat something light and drink before making Tawaf. If the season is hot then take enough rest before completing the Umrah and drink enough beverages.
